Being an inanimate object, (or not even an object at all actually) the internet cannot , by definition, be evil.
Furthermore, 'evil' is merely a religious description for behaviour which does not comply with the nors of society. Therefore, what is 'evil' anyway?

It can be it all depends on how you use it! Your question is akin to asking Is fire Evil? (I bet the Cavemen thought so when they first discovered fire!) We know fire can heat our homes in the winter time! Fire provides use with light bulbs.
My point things are only Evil if you use it for evil.. If you get kicks from insulting someone I would say that's evil you'd be using words for your evil kicks. Understand. usually things are not evil unless they are used for evil!
