I am still getting double or triple emails for the same best answer and yet again error 999 for the 3rd day in a row

Yes, my email has been fubarred up for a week now. All my Answers mail has been going into the bulk folder, which I usually delete without looking at it... missed a lot of stuff oh well. Thank goodness it is fixed. It was such a disappointment to think I had all those best answers and find out they were doubles! Gosh, I need a life!
