"Crow's-feet are usually the earliest wrinkles to appear on a woman's face," says dermatologist Debra Price, M.D., clinical assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Miami School of Medicine and a dermatologist in South Miami. But they're not necessarily a sign that you're aging. "Crow's-feet are caused primarily by exposure to the sun--what we call photoaging."
Technically, thay would.

If they do you can't see them because of their fur. I am sure if they were hairless you could see some, especially in an older cat. With lions and tigers you can see them even with the fur. So my answer is yes they do have crows feet.

This is possible if the early bird trying to get the worm is a short sighted crow.
On the other hand I have always been puzzled by The Hoggs Back off the A3. Could you pack it away in an elephants trunk ???

No, because you didn't use apostrophes.
Cats and crows are very particular about apostrophes.
