Do you mean when you're putting in the tampon or taking it out?

The blood flows outwards, so it should start at the top of the tampon. Make sure the area is wiped clean first then insert it with the string outside you. You'll know when it's snug inside because you won't be able to feel it.

If the string is bloody after a little while, it might mean you need a stronger tampon (maybe a super). If the string is bloody in this case, it just means the tampon is fully used and the blood is getting past it.

It's fine to use in the water, just make sure to change regularly and you shouldn't have any mishaps.

every body is different.
some people only get blood on the "end tip" of the tampons because they are producing a lot of other discharge at the time (i do) and that is soaked in first, the blood soaks in near the end tip.
so long as it stays where it's supposed to be, and you can't feel that it's in there after 2 minutes, you've got it right.

perfectly safe to swim in the oceans as i saw on a documentary last week that they have proven that sharks are NOT attracked to human blood. this was a previously thought notion, that you shouldn't worry about anymore as it's been proven wrong.

You need to insert it deeper. It should be deep enough you cannot actually feel the tampon, just the string.

Yes you can swim with a tampon. Make sure the string is tucked in and not out the leg of your swim suit.

gynecologists say no. it's pretty dangerous cause the tampon gets the dirty water and keep it inside you which can cost you an infection...
you should wash the area before you put the tampon inside, do whatever the manual sais and it should be ok :o)

U probably aren't positioning it correctly. Follow the instructions on the pack. I wouldn't go swimming when it's totm, pretty gross.

Rut Roh. Don't. Go. In. The. Water. Sharks are drawn to blood. Seriously.

I wouldn't go in the ocean while having my period or with any kind of wound. Sharks.
