my credit card was charged 19.95 plus a 1.00 fee i was trying to win a free xbox but when i saw all the fine print i decided to cancel i called the company and i thought it was all over

Never give your credit card details out to anyone you are not absolutely certain about - and even if you trust them, it's safer to use a service like paypal, which does not divulge your personal information.

Send an email again to the company and see what they say, otherwise contact your credit card company, they may be able to help.

Dispute it with your credit card company.

Next time realize that filling out things to win a "free" something is actually NOT free.
