Most of the answers you are receiving are not right. Identical twins are the same as clones. Who says a clone would have, for instance, identical fingerprints to the person it was cloned from? No one who really knows about cloning would say that, but it has been repeated here in rsponse to your question.
Somehow, the word clone had been misinterpreted and made into something bad. It is merely building another entity with the same genetic material as the original. It doesn't matter whether it is idential twins forming from one egg or identical genetic material put into another egg where the original material has been removed from that egg.
Good luck with your speech. This may not be the best place to get good information in this case.

It relies upon the type you advise via cloning. while you're speaking a pair of lifelike form of cloning the place they take genetic cloth and insert it into an egg with the genetic cloth bumped off, then they are going to be the top comparable as a twin. while twins are born, their DNA is same. besides the incontrovertible fact that, for the time of the path of life mutations can ensue in a distinctive way in DNA which will regulate particular issues and cause them to distinctive (i.e. slightly regulate visual charm (i.e. freckles in distinctive factors), or character)... an identical may be genuine of twins. the certainty temains that if Twins have been placed interior the top comparable circumstances they may be precisely same. If clones have been placed interior the top comparable circumstances they may be precisely same. the place they selection is that a clone may be made out of somebody this is already born and elderly. So the adaptation between the two may be a effect of them being placed in distinctive condition. As for yet another form of cloning the place you're taking a 40 365 days previous individual and create a 40 365 days previous clone right now. Who comprehend, it is technological awareness fiction on the 2d, however the be conscious clone might mean they might have an identical seem and concepts on the 2d the clone became into created. this is till at last something distinctive got here about to each and each of them, then they might think of in a distinctive way.

Yes, Identical twins have same genetic material. But no , Identical twins are not clones. They just have a similiar apperance due to coming out from the same egg. Clones are people that are MADE by humans throught collecting DNA of the person you want to clone.
Identical twins, unlike clones, have different fingerprints.

No necessarily. Identical twins can look less like one another than different age children. There are only two categories of twins identical and fraternal but, within those categories there's a lot more going on. check out wikipedia for more info and terms to search. Really the only way to know whether or not people are identical is through genetic testing.

No, because cloning is when you takes a persons DNA and artificially make another "version" of that person. Identical Twins are 2 people that were just born from the same egg.
