The hobby shops sell a liquid called cyanoacrylic remover,Super Glue remover.I've never seen anything else that works as well.

Fingernail or plastic razorblade. If you cannot catch an edge sanding block and 1000 grit wet sand paper then 1500 finish with 2000 then polish the surface back with compound then wax.

Use tar and glue remover
and then polish car afterwards
or try a little petrol.

Very hot water should remove it, dribble it on slowly and wipe repeatedly. This also works if you inadvertently stick your fingers together with the stuff. (Don't try it just for the sake of it)

you can try a penetrating fluid like honeygoo..It may help lift the glue off by lubricating it..I used that on gasket maker when I was putting in my Sunroof and it worked like a charm
