Hey information boy, I just love it when you people try to put constitutional rights on illegal aliens. There is no such thing. The constitution applies to citizens. And the Geneva convention doesn't apply to terrorists either.
ACLU = American Criminal Liberties Union. (they only defend the lowest of low criminals.)

Please post some proof that the ALCU ever tries to "explain away the actions" of any criminal defendants.
And then explain why any criminal defendents should not get the protection of the civil liberties guaranteed to all who are accused.
