I have an SC101 NAS, is it possible to map it as a network drive rather than to use it as the software, alot of functions are disabled - i.e. maintaining the drive. Also I cannot use software like Norton Ghost on it... Help would be appreciated! :-)

I think the software for these is one reason this device has not been a better seller. You have to install the software period and there isn't a Vista version yet. Once installed you can indeed map it as a network drive. (at least we were able to) Just go to network places it should show as another machine. You may need to setup a folder on it and share that folder first.
