I'm 35 and work in a clerical grade. My problem is forgetting short term things like if i see a person 2 weeks ago I'd recognize him but I can't say where and when I met him. The other thing is if i put something somewhere the next minute i forget where i kept it. This is affecting my work life as it could damage my credibility of being a good worker etc. I drink about 500-800 ml of beer daily and I never excercise as I dont have time for those. Also because of my arranged marriage and since Im not satisfied with my present wife, I masturbate daily about 3-4 times. I have been used to this since I was just 12 years old...pls advise...

Forgetfullness is not a disease, but it could be a symptom of one, but unlikely given your age. More likely is that when a thing is just not important enough to put to the forefront of your memory, its harder to recall. It is just about training yourself to remember those details that you want to. There are books on improving your memory.
Your masterbating has nothing to do with it.
