Hi, I am a surgeon...
it is not normal, i would advice that you seek the help of a doctor near your place, who can do a physical examination on you. The doctor can also do an ultrasound or a sample of the discharge can be analyzed. you may sit back thinking that it is nothing, just something related with your hormones, but before you do that, make sure that the discharge was NOT caused by ductal carcinoma (cancer).
I have seen 20-40 year old male patients that had nipple discharge, and after consultation and laboratory, ended up with stage IV breast cancer. Which, if only they had sought consult earlier, would have been easier to treat and carries better survival rates.
except from emedicine:
When nipple discharge occurs in males, it usually represents duct ectasia. The histologic features in these patients are similar to those of gynecomastia in mammary ducts, without associated endocrinologic abnormalities.
The most common cause of clinically significant discharge is intraductal growth of the ductal epithelium, due to hyperplasia, micropapillary proliferation, solitary papillomas, and/or ductal carcinoma (both in situ and invasive). Most of the intraductal changes that lead to nipple discharge are situated within 1-4 cm of the nipple.

Listen to what the doctor wrote and get checked, but don't freak out too much. It is highly unlikely that it is cancer. It is probably related to a hormonal imbalance. How much discharge are we talking? Are you taking anabolic steroids? If you are start taking tamoxifen right now. I know a guy who got some sore nipples and clear discharge near the end of a cycle of testosterone and methandrostenolone. It went away with tamoxifen. Good luck, and see a doctor if you can.
