My gf just recently let me know that she's been having some discharge since the last couple of days - she's already booked a visit to the OBGYN however I'm curious to read other's opinion on the case. Apparently she noticed some time around sunday that she was having the "regular" transparent discharge, by monday - tuesday she said it had turned into white/yellowish, and finally by wednesday she was way too concerned as she now saw some spotting and what was previously yellowish was now pinkish with trails of blood on it. We have been reading and saw that discharge and spotting occur when there's implantation however she just had her last period the week of 04/23 and since then we've only had intercourse two times, on 04/26 and 04/28 - next thing we know she's having this discharge. Any ideas, advice, concerns? We've also read about the possibility of it being an infection but there's no cheesy look to it nor any foul odor. Looking forward to some clue on what this could be!!!

It could be std... sexually transmitted disease, or she might have gone to a public toilet and picked up a infection/virus from there...
I would suggest she get to a doctor asap!

That's pretty normal and seeing as though she's booked an appointment I wouldn't worry to much about it. The spotting of blood could be from the intercourse it depends, was it the first time? Well you have all ready two times so remember body's need to adapt to other body's. Sounds weird I know but it makes sense in my head hehe. But yeah the white discharge is just her body's way of cleaning itself and should she it the more frquently you have sex. If it develops a strong odor which is not pleasant to the nose then I'd say it could be an infection of some sort but I"m no proffesional just trying to help~

It sounds like she has chlamydia. It is a very curable infection that only requires a taking of a pill or drinking a powder you mix into water. Just make sure you refrain from sex until you know what it is and well after it has cleared up(not even with a condom).
When a male gets chlamydia it may take a while to show up and can cause painful erections. Make sure you are both checked for any and all STD's/STI's.
As for the spotting, that can happen at any time with women and can sometimes just be stress and nothing more.

There can be yellowish type discharge as well as spotting if she has a cervical infection. I had a huge problem with cervical infections from the period of 2003-2005.

When the dr looks inside, if the cervix is infected it will also look very red and irritated in addition to looking for the discharge that is going on.
