I like to save all video files in a separate drive before reinstallation. How to create a separate drive?

I have already drives C to I created by the manufacturer. D is the recovery drive. I think, to save all video (movie) files I have to create a new drive and keep them in it. Then only I can save them while I reinstall my computer. How can I create a new drive? Will I face any trouble by the new drive?

if you mean you want to create a new partition, then i would advise partition manager,
if you want to buy a new drive, it will be no problem( I guess)
