Several times a day, actually make that about a million times a day, working on a switchboard I often get asked the same things over and over again, I don't even have to think about my reply anymore, it just comes out.

So many times that I think I could record it and just let it playback instead of reiterating once again why things need to be done a certain way to ensure the appropriate response and the coverage of one's ass.
