You can put a potato wrapped in aluminum foil on the hot exhaust manifold of your engine. Make sure it doesn't fall off!
Drive for three hours... then find a nice roadside spot... and have a baked potato for lunch. Don't forget the butter and chives.
There was once a cookbook for meals you can make on your engine while you drive long distances.

i like the consistency of mashed, but with cheese, scalloped glues in their better.
