I got the shock of my life today. I live in Australia, it's a free country. I was out with my daughter and when I turned around I saw a woman in full Birka, is that the right way of spelling it? This poor woman was covered from head to toe in black like she was some sort of thing that needs to be covered from the world. It was horrible! I locked eyes with her and she looked straight at me too. There was a little slit for her to see out off and we locked eyes, her eyes looked so sad. Her husband looked at me if to say I should be cover completely too, he was horrible. I got such a shock I have never seen that up close b4 just the head covered by Muslim woman every now and again and that’s fine. This woman’s eyes, I will never get over them. I want to rescue her and all women caught captive by this cult.
She was cradling a very young little baby; my heart goes out to her so much. I have never ever seen this in Australia, ever This is Australia she is free! What do you think?

There isn't anything you can do about it, it is their culture. Most Muslim women now a days only wear the head scarfs, There are still those they are covered from head to toe. The Muslim men do not like other people looking at their women so to protect them they force them to dress that way.
If you where to interfere he could cause the women harm. The men treat their women like slaves they have no respect for them at all. As far as they are concerned the women is only good for their needs and to raise the children....
Horrible I grant you but that is the way their culture is.
You would not like anyone interfering in your life style, they don't like it either.

The 'Burkha' or 'Abayah' is worn by Muslim women, not all but it is a rule in some Islamic countries.A burkha is worn so that the woman is totally covered, from head to toe as you saw the other day. The main reason for this is so that nothing is seen, nobody is attracted to this woman.I am a Muslim woman and i don't wear a Burkha and i get asked a lot by other Muslim women if i want to burn in hell for not wearing the burkha. People don't really understand why Muslim women wear this and they think they have to be rescued from this. Many women wear it because they know the reason behind it and seek it as a sort of a protective barrier. But, also there are many women who are forced by their husbands to wear this. For them it just sad.
If you go to an Islamic country or even in Muslim states in India people will stare at you if you wear anything revealing or even a pant and shirt.
It also depends on how you are brought up and how they are. From them showing any part of the body to anyone other than their husband is a sin, it not like that for us.
Many women wear a 'hijab' that is a scarf to cover their hair, because hair attracts male attention. This is all done so that no male is attracted to you and no harm is caused.

I saw those a few times in my county - Malaysia before, and I think they are from some Arab country... Although Malaysia is a Muslim country, our Muslim women here donnot wear in that horrible way.

I was shock every time I saw those women. Just imagine that when you are walking in a shopping arcade together with a lot of casual wearing people and suddenly a pair of eye come in-front of you (Their whole body is cover with black cloth until you can only see the eyes...), it's really scary. And the different of my experience with yours is that those eye look arrogant, not sad. Those women seem like they are proud to live in their way; being a properties of their husband is so right...! I just... not able to have pity on them, I just run away quickly every time and try telling myself that I had never seen that scene before... it's too horrible to me for I can't imagine that there are really someone live in this world without free will and they will never realize in their life time. I feel sad now...

She is imprisoned by the traditions of her culture. It may not be so easy for her to leave this lifestyle as you may think, there are many variables. I feel bad for the oppressed too, and I wish I could do something for all!
Impossible though.
Consider the women and mostly very young girls who are forced into circumcision, some with only a blunt instrument such as broken glass. This happens in many nations.

Pray for her if you think her life is so horrible. Personally I've never seen it and I live in America. However, I think some women like that lifestyle. If you ever get the chance, try interviewing one some time. Give us some feedback if you're successful.

It is not about you being a racist, it is about you not understanding her culture/religion. That is how she was raised and just because she lives in Australia it doesn't change the fact.

oh, my dear western females, most of u have not seen the things that i have seen.

I am an ARMENIAN CHRISTIN, i was born in
IRAN, now live in USA.

IRAN is a Muslim country, with the difference that during Shah of Iran's, time we the ARMENIANS where very lucky, we had our own Churches and schools, of course most of my ancestor's where brought to Iran by the order of King Shah Abbas.

he brought us to a city called Isfahan in Iran, and he ordered all surrounding Muslims to live us alone.due to the religious difference, between Muslims, and us as usual we the Armenians start
building a Church and right next to it school.
that is what we ARMENIANS DO no matter where u send us first thing we build is church then school.

eventually my race started to simulate with Muslims, as far as business goes only. No Armenian would dare to get involve with any Muslim Male or Female as far as marriage goes.

then it came a year of 1915 which was the first genocide of 20th century, by the hands of Turks.

the survivor's of this Genocide, most came to IRAN, LEBANON, SURYA, EGYPTand after worlds the
Christin missionary's took the orphanages to other countries, like France, America, Italy, AUSTRALIA all over the world.
now back to Iran, these are things that i know and i heard from my mother and grandmother, back in
Isfahan, we would of seen every muslim female had to put on u know those black birkas,In Islam,
females have no rights what so ever, they are treated worse than animals, they have no voice or openion about anything, and belive me none of them dare to speek back to their Male partners, or Fathers, or Brothers.
it is just the way of ISLAM.

when my Mother was growing up, one afternoon
she heard of the most painfull screm and cry.

the male in the family just slay a female, just because she looked at a totall stranger.

they have been so many HONER killing.

in Islam it is ok with first cousens to get married,
the husbend by the law of Islam has the right to have as many wife as he wants. and if and when the husbend wants to divorce his wife by the law of Islam he can take the children and kick his wife
ass out of their homes, and the wifes have no right
to complain, and mostly they do not have any place they go, so imagin what will be their end.

yes my firnd in the year of 2007 twenty first centry
still ISLAM rulles over the females.

by my time when i was growing, things where much different, but of course the radical Muslims
back then, they had their own area and group.

in street i could see females with chador or like European women, short skirts with make up and stuff. we use to go to dance clubs, like disco, we use to go to beach with our bikinies, caffes, no problem.
now this was B4, IRANS reveloution.

Now the muslims in ARAB countryies are much much striked than Iran, Egypt, Lebanon.

so my friend, this is the Islam way, weather we like it or not.
i can not write the things that my grand mother or mother where telling me u can not believe it , just
know this it is horrible, unhumain, un justice
act appon Muslim Females.
and no one can do anything unles they want it.
