The most beautiful women are those who understand how they are beautiful. Some women are elegant, some cute, some sexy.

When a women understands the way in which she is beautiful, accepts it and dresses accordingly, theny she is the most beautiful she will be.

Her sense of self-confidence will also shine through adding to her beauty.

Hmm... for me, it has to be the whole package and a lady I'd want to look like. It isn't usually any certain characteristic. For example, I think both Sharon Stone and Halle Berry are simply gorgeous but they are total opposites. Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder as I think some women that the majority think are beautiful are rather unattractive, even ugly- scary! Angelina Jollie comes to mind. I try really hard and the only beauty I see there at all is her hair when it is done by a stylist fro movies or photo shoots. No, it's not jealousy as some would surely say, as I also think George Clooney is VERY UNattractive. Even his money wouldn't be enough to attract me! Being female, with men I can usually pinpoint what feature(s) make me think they are unattractive. With Clooney it is the yellow teeth, hairline coming out of the middle of his forehead and those big bushy eyebrows. NASTY!

The characteristics of a beautiful woman is viewed in her intelligence, self-confidence and healthiness, rather than her physical characteristics.

Don’t pity yourself and wish to be “someone”, instead be proud of your own attractiveness and capability…and be contented.

Remember girl, you are beautiful in God’s eyes! It’s all that matters.

This seems to be Hollywood's definition of an attractive woman:
Symmetrical face, pronounced cheekbones, wide eyes, smaller nose, clear skin, small pores, full pink lips, white teeth, small chin.
As for body, it varies, but usually:
115-120 lbs, thin, medium-sized well-proportioned breasts, tan, flat stomach, long legs, small hips.

In my opinion, a beautiful woman is in shape, healthy, confident, and smart. Facial features don't seem to matter much when a woman possesses those qualities.

I agree with the first answer as far a symmetry. But keep in mind it really is what is on the inside that makes anyone beautiful. I do mean physically. If a pretty person is mean and rude or even uneducated, it shows. Maybe not at first but once they open there mouths they turn into a monster. Whereas an average looking person that is kind and respectful, glows.

I like to be drawn to a ladies facial features, *smile, hair, eyes. I guess because the most beautiful woman I believe to have seen was one that did not try to bring attraction to her body, but rather covered that up and seemed to draw attention to her face.

I'm a sucker for personality though, that is very important. For bodies wear with time.

A beautiful woman is someone who's eye-catching and doesn't look the same as everybody else, because there's something special about her that makes her stand out. A good looking face, healthy body, interesting personality, loving, caring heart, and high intelligence equals beauty.

What I think helps to make a beautiful woman:

*sublety. (She's a queit flirt, not flashy or slutty. She wears natural makeup, not clown makeup. She talks enough but not too much. she's intelligent but humble. She's independent but loves to be loved & treated like a woman. She's clean but not controling. She's mother material, not just material. She's funny but not obnoxious. She can be in with the boys but still the girl of the boys, not 'one of the boys'. )

Pretty much it for me.
