i hear this word rarely, i think it almost disappeared..what happen to the world? where did the innocence, morals n ethics gone??? don't u miss being innocent??? don't u wish that u didnt know all what u knew???
i see little boys n girls acting like adults, they speak bout things that i just knew 2 or 3 years ago...they even know things i donno...

i wish i didnt know many things, i wish i didnt do many things, i wish i lived in a place where simplicity exists...where good ethics n morals still there...i just wish to see the innocence in someone's eyes...to believe in everything and know nothing at all...can we go back to innocence or it's too late in this strange world??? i really miss being innocent...do u feel the same?

yeah, sometimes it's nice to go back to the times when you can run home to mommy's arms and know that eevrything's going to be all right. i sometimes miss the solitude and silence and finding pleasure in the simplest things like a starry night or the sound of the waves in the seashore or even feeling the sunshine on your face. in today's hustle and bustle times, we sometimes forget to count our blessings and see the good in everything. our thoughts are clouded by the things we know that we don't see things in black and white anymore. i know how you feel... its okay... it's not so bad to see ourselves for who we really are once in a while...

i think that adulthood if you are going to take your place in society involves us losing innocence. If you wish to become a parent, hold down a job, become a spouse then yes you lose your innocence. The point is that as you reach adulthood you also get to make your own decisions in life and make your own mistakes. this means you need to understand the risks and the potential loses and gains. You can only do that by understanding the dangers, and as you put it lose your innocence. You cannot bring up and educate a child if you dont understand all the ramifications involved. This of necessity means losing innocence. Most of us look back at our childhood with fond memories, but equally few of us would really wish to become a child again. Most of us look forward to parent hood.
My god i sound like a right pompous prat, but the long and short is no i dont regret losing my innocence, cos i love being a mum and having the responsibilities and privileges that all that brings.

OMG sure! I keep in mind some weeks in the past interpreting a information tale approximately those babies who have been in basic terms 13 years previous, proper in intercourse mutually as the instructor became into out of the room! (They curiously had somebody watch the door mutually because it became into happening!) Now, I keep in mind myself at that age, and that i don't keep in mind ever feeling, or maybe thinking approximately intercourse! each and every thing became into so new, and thrilling, even the common pleasures, like driving motorcycles with your friends, having harmless sleepovers with acquaintances (girlfriends) going to the sea coast, not feeling any self expertise approximately my physique ( that did not even enter my ideas! i became into going obtainable to swim and make sandcastles!) and now the sea coast is a meat industry. i think of that's staggering that somebody might inform you which you look harmless! nicely, I trust you thoroughly, now i'm very nearly 40 5 and that i know way too lots approximately existence and how extremely terrible and vicious and not honest it extremely would nicely be,and that i've got self assurance sorry approximately specific options i've got made, and now I view the international with a cynical physique of ideas, which I hate. i've got tried not looking at too lots information via fact i've got got here upon that if I hear too lots approximately babies getting blown up in Iraq, or that insane psycho who killed 33 human beings at Virginia Tech, i am going numb just to guard myself from feeling much extra depressed. I keep in mind the place the only actual *crime* in a college (extreme college) became into whispering in school or passing notes or sensible mouthing a instructor. Now they are killing them. that's totally unhappy certainly. yet do not enable all of those undesirable issues smash your innocence. merely stay removed from the information, and definitely go and have interaction with actual human beings outdoors! Create your individual inner maximum innocence.

Yes I do, very much. But in the society most people are living now it is hard to be innocent. I have little cousins and watching them sometimes makes me sad because, in a way, they are being forced to grow up. When you are too innocent it is hard to fit in because you do not know anything. Plus we have to consider the fact that not everyone is nice. But yes I still kids should just be kids for as long as they can. It is too hard growing up so fast.

Yes I definitely miss being innocent. I used to be innocent when I was a kid but that does not exist anymore as we grow up cuz we learn, experience, know, see, and do things that take away our innocence. I miss being a kid when all u had to worry about was what doll to buy or who to play with. heh, nothing stays the same.

Yes, I totally agree with you...but unfortunately I think this is a path of no return...we live in a world full of sin and temptation which is really scary. On a more brighter side this exposure and loss of innocence is something that comes with age...something that we have to go through...we can't have the innocent mentality of kids all the time....what do you think?

No I don't. Just to put it in my perspective innocence = ignorence people are only innocent if they don't know it's wrong. You tell a child that stealing is right thats all he knows he's innocent when he steals. If the same child knows stealing is wrong but still decides to steal he has lost his innocence. I'm just rambleing but thats one hell of a deep question. Feeling guilty bout' something heheheheh

Yes I miss it truly. Its nice to see someone else who does. I remember being so care free, but that's just a memory now. The way I see it, at least I had it once. Some people/kids don't ever get to feel this, and its sad.
