It used to be my favorite show when it was on! I remember running home from high school to catch it on tv. Barnabas Collins was so sexy! Now when I watch it, I wonder how I could have ever been so interested in it.
But, it has been on DVD for years. Blockbuster has it and Walm Marts sells them. And SCI Fi channel used to show it a couple of years back. There are also many fan clubs devoted to it and a couple of groups on yahoo.

It was before my time as well, but my mother used to watch the re-runs on the Sci-fi channel and make me and my sister watch it as well. I got into it, and started watching it myself but for some reason about 5-7 years ago Sci-fi removed it from its programming schedule. Anyways, about two years ago for my birthday my nephew bought me a Dark Shadows Vol. 1 DVD collection set. I comes with 4 DVDs and 10 episodes per DVD. So I decided to research the whole collection, and found that many online DVD websites sell them. I buy mine from www.dvdempire.com there are about 26 collections and they'll run you $47.99 USD + tax.

I remember rushing home after school to watch, I loved Barnabas Collins and the witch, Angelique. If you're looking, your best bet to start might be moviesunlimited.com. They have a lot of old movies and TV shows on both VHS and DVD. Hope you find it - enjoy.

I love Dark Shadows. I am not sure if it is on DVD. I know there is a website dedicated to it. Type in a search engine for Dark Shadows and go to their official site.

I remember seeing it as a kid. It was just like a soap opera only with darker lighting and a guy who wore fangs.
I've seen it at my art house video store.
Try froogle.com and type in the title.

I remember watching it as a kid after getting home from school. It certainly was different. Instead of love affairs and adultery, it had mystery and vampires and occult.
There were even two feature films released. One of which focused on the vampire character Barnabus.

I sure do. I was a big fan of the show. I was a teenager at the time and I thought Barnabas Collins was all that! I still have an autographed 8X10 of him.
