it just a question i need to know cause right now , iam always feeling tired that i end up getting headache .

First of all you should see a Dr. You could be depressed. You could be anemic,(low iron) It could be a thyroid condition. Only a physician can truly diagnose a condition.

There are many different causes. Usually it is depression or anxiety. Depressions chemical imbalance causes disturbances with your serotonin in the brain causing you to be tired and wanting you to sleep a lot. It can also be caused by deficiencies such as iron or hormonal. There are other illnesses that can cause these symptoms as well so if it's gone on for awhile I would call and make an appointment to see your doctor.

Lack of sleep, not eating the proper foods, not getting enough exercise, you could be anemic, the list goes on and on. All of the above could cause you to have a headache. If you have been feeling this way for a while, I think that you should see a doctor. He/she can help figure out what's going on and help you get back on track so that you feel better quickly.

Eating a lot of greasy, fatty food. Not getting much exercise. Also, if you are working a very long shift and you stay up very late. Speaking of which, it's about time for me to shut down soon. Good night everyone.

Sleep disorders, anemia, iron deficiency, being overweight, just not getting enough sleep, depression...it could be a lot of things. Being sleepy is a very vague symptom.

Going to bed too late and taking meds to get my Serotonin level at its proper level.
