Amazing what people can be duped into spending their money on, isn't it?

A few years ago, the folks at Consumer Reports did a blind taste test on bottled waters to determine which would get the highest rating. I don't remember all the details, but I do recall that, in the end, the highest rated water in the test of some 10 or 20 brands was . . .

New York City tap water!
