The most expensive suites are actually not at one of those. They are at the Palms in thier fantasy suites. The most expensive is the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa and it goes for $40,000 a night. They have other fantasy suites from $1,500 to $25,000 a night.

Rates for Wynn, Bellagio and Venetian are almost always within about $50 of each other, with Wynn usually coming out on top.
Four Seasons rates are in the same range and will sometimes be higher than those 3.

A generic room? Probably the Wynn, with Bellagio right behind.
The "fantasy" suites at the Palms are expensive, just as someone else said, but the Hard Rock has a suite that goes for $25,000 a night - it's got a bowling alley in it and it's huge.

well it depends on when you go really...if there is a convention and a lot of the room are sold the price will go up...if you are talking standard room i have found the wynn and bellagio are usually higher than the venetian. the best value though is the venetian. all three are amazing hotels, so if those are your three choices your going to have a great trip regardless of where you stay.

The most expensive room is at the Bellagio, $6,000/night, a private villa. It's also the most expensive room of any hotel in Las Vegas.
