I have a B.S. in Telecommunications Systems Management, but I've decided to switch my career and pursue an associates degree in radiologist technology. But there is a 4 year college an 1 hour away that offers a Bachelor's of Science in Radiologic Sciences.

Just wanted to know to anyone who works as a Radiologists Technologist if there would be that big a difference in salary between having an associates or a bachelor's in that field. Some people say yes, some say very litte, and some say not that much.

I just don't want to pay a crap load of money at a 4 year college when i can go to a community college and make the same amount of $$$ with an associates instead of a bachelor's.

Hope anybody out there can help!

Maybe it varies by location, but in my area, it doesn't make any difference. You don't even need a degree, as long as you are ARRT-registered. I'm working toward my BAS just in case I want to go into management someday.
