why is michigan so much higher ingas then other states 3.30 in micigan?

Been to California lately?
You'd think you were getting a gas deal in Michigan.

It's not really very high in Michigan. In parts of California, it is well over $4 per gallon.

I paid $3.59 for gas yesterday in San Diego...I'll take Michigan's prices any day!
