Recently my ex called and asked me to escort her to someplace she was unfamiliar with and we went as friends. The next time she came by my house and ended up in my arms, and it went a bit further but we didn't sleep together. We agreed to be friends but she said she wanted to make sure her current b/f would be ok with it. When I asked her if she was going to tell her current boyfriend that she had hung out with me, she said no he would be hurt if I told him. We both agreed to behave ourselves and not let our feelings for one another allow us to do more than friends would when together, but in practically the same breath she mentioned wearing an outfit she knows I like and things like that the next time she comes over.
