if so explain be serious im just wondering why arkansas doesnt get the respect it deserves for doing so many services that go un appreciated but people who are not from here or the south

Arkansas is not a state full of racists. It has gotton a bad rap for a number of unknown reasons, and perhaps one big reason which rhymes with "Bill Clinton."
Maybe it is considered racist because the Arkansas state government tries to apply the law equally to everyone, regardless of race.

As does much of the South, Arkansas suffers from a problem of image not necessarily rooted in truth. You are no more NOR no less, likely to run into a racist in Arkansas as you would in the other 49 states. It has become a national target because of the notoriety of the Clintons and of it being the birthplace of the world's largest and most profitable retail chain, WAL-MART. The state should take pride in those facts as few others can claim resumes nearly as sparkling......

Arkansas is a wonderful state! Part of the reason is the people. From the Ozarks to the Mississippi delta country, you will always be greeted with a friendly smile.
I have never lived in Arkansas, but I have always thoroughly enjoyed myself there. For your sake, I hope people will keep thinking Arkansians are buck-toothed 14-year olds; that way they won't spoil it.
Drawbacks: I've noticed there are a lot of overweight people in Arkansas.

The name Arkansas is not pronounce the way it's spelled
All their college football players are from the state of Texas
If it wasn't for Oklahoma and Mississippi,Arkansas would sink
