Neil Young. It's called "Old Man" and it's on his 1972 album Journey Through The Past.

Neil Young...song's called "Old Man". Great music--both when he was solo, later hooked up with Crosby, Stills and Nash.....then went solo again.

Young also did some cameo work with the Doobie Brothers AND The Eagles, too.....man, those were great carefree days.

Everyone's got the right song -- "Old Man" by Neil Young. But the album it's on is actually "Harvest," still, imo, his best.

I need someone to love me the whle day through
Ah, one look in my eyes and you can tell that's true.
