India was batting for 94-o in 14.5 overs with sehwag and sachin batting.And in the last ball of the 15th over Sehwag got out.And the drinks break was called.And the next batsmen was Dravid.He entered the field and didn't reach the crease.But the captian instead of dravid wanted yuvaraj to enter. Can this happen and how?

No, i guess its not possible, a batsman who has entered the playing field cannot return back untill unless there is some injury or something else.
As per the rules,Unless Time has been called, the incoming batsman must be in position to take guard or for his partner to be ready to receive the next ball within 3 minutes of the fall of the previous wicket. If this requirement is not met, the incoming batsman will be out, Timed out.

If Dravid has already entered the playing field, he cannot be called back and Yuvaraj can be sent to bat unless Dravid has not retired ill with the permission of Umpire.

As per the laws of the game, once the new batsman has entered the ground at the fall of a wicket, he has to take strike. However, what you described is possible within the laws of the game if Dravid, immediately on reaching the crease, retires ill. Then Yuvraj can enter.

Yes this can happen.Because Dravid entered the field to give help to some player not for batting and yuvraj batted

this can not happen.the batsmen has to bat if he enters the field unless he is given timed out
