My nanny is from the Philipines and she holds a Philipino passport. She has a temporary working permit in Canada. We are Canadian citizens. Our family want to go to Disneyland in United States. I don't know what or how to prepare paper work for her to enter into the US. We plan to visit in July, 2007 and take her with us. Please help to provide steps to get paperwork done. Thanks!!

She will need a Visa in order to enter the U.S.
Here is the U.S. Visa website:

I would also highly recommend that you contact the U.S. Consulate there in Canada that is nearest to you, and inquire about the process and how long it might take.

If your nanny came from an agency, call them, and they will likely be able to do the arrangements for you. If you don't have an agency, she will need to get a travelors Visa. I am not positive how to do it, but I would start with the passport office in your area. They will be able to explain what is required. I am not positive, but I have heard that it takes about 3 months to get everything into place. Good luck, and have a great time!
