They are NOT related and do NOT have the same last name. Michael Lembeck was Julie's husband on the 70s sitcom 'One Day At A Time' and played 'Kaptain Kool' on Sid & Marty's Kroft Supershow featuring Kaptain Kool And The Kongs (also mid 70s). He is currently and has been a popular tv show director.
Michael BECK (NOT Lembeck) was the 'album art artists' in the movie 'Xanadu'. He was the one with long hair chasing his muse.
