President Bush gained a gas pipeline running through Afghanistan for his friends at Enron, only to have Enron and another U.S. based oil company back out of the project.
Bush is currently coercing the Iraqi Congress to pass a bill that will privatize ownership of 80% of Iraq's oilfields. Over 100,000 innocent civilians dead and several million refugees for some oil. America cannot recover its prestige in the world view because of these atrocities.
