College is much tougher than high school. The subjects are harder and they cover much more information in a shorter time. Many courses have long assigned readings. No one is checking to see that you do your work. If you dont do it, you fail and then you get thrown out of school.

Only about half the kids from high school are smart enough to enter a real college. And less than half the kids who enter college graduate with a degree in six years or less.

If you are a certified special needs student then there are some accomodations for you. That is, if you are blind they will give you your test in braille language for the blind. But no matter what special needs you have, you must still do the same work by yourself. You are not allowed to do less work or easier work.

Well, the entire notion of placement assessments is that you do not prep for them. They wish to grasp in which to situation you. It might be greater to retake a category than to become in a category that's too complicated for you. The assessments have a huge variety of hindrance so it's rough to research for one besides.

depends on the school, but most have help and it's usually free.

not sure if the hours are going to work for you tho...classes usually start at 8AM and go to 5PM, but it depends on how you setup your schedule
