Wow, I am not anti hunting or fishing and I am actually pro both of those things, but for the love of God we should at least have the decency to kill thinks quickly and with mercy. That was pretty gross.

Do you cry when you eat a hamburger? Because this is similiar to the things that happen in slaughterhouses across the US, but most people either don't know or don't have compassion for cattle so it goes unrecognized. Blood letting is a generally accepted practice in slaughter all over the world. Not that I am condoning it, but it is actually pretty common. And it is just as hard to see when its a cow or a horse or a pig or a chicken.
Yes dolphins are intelligent, but they are also a food source for many countries who don't have a strong agricultural economy. Again, not saying that it is right or wrong, but people do need to eat.
Of course those who care for animals (I am a zoologist, so I obviously care) will be offended by this. The way to get these practices to change is to start writing to organizations like WWF, Greenpeace and the International Whale Protection Advocacy organization (can't think of the right name off the top of my head). Until suitable alternatives can be found, this will continue!

watching that almost made me sick! i can not believe some of the things they do to those poor dolphins and that school kids just walk past it. It is disgusting!!!
