Too late! I'm already happily married, but I think I would if he was nice and I was single! =)

I am currently in this situation and after months of struggling with it, I have decided to break up with him. I am a very active/fit person. I run marathons, play tennis, weightlift, do yoga, swim, and cycle. I would be happier with someone who is also active and health conscious like myself. Even more importantly, though, is the fact that he would not be a good role model to my future children. If I want my children to understand that eating healthy (and eating to fuel your body -- not eating for the wrong reasons), and exercising daily, are important things that every person should do, then I need to be with someone else who also models those values. There is just no way I could make a LTR work with someone who is obese, because it is contrary to everything I value and practice in my own life. I had to reach a place in my own life where I decided to be disciplined enough to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight, and I lost weight through Weight Watchers. I am not a "lifetime thin" person -- but I am someone who reached a place where I realized I had to take responsibility for how I feed and care for my body -- no more excuses! And having done so, I simply do not feel compatible with someone who is undisciplined and does not maintain a healthy weight.

Yes why not? . Weight can always be gained and lost..but a great personality and and a good heart and good character are forever.
It's what for me "makes a man , a good husband and possibly a good father" some day.
Women gain and lose weight too so I'm just honest and fair about it. :)

I'm not normally attracted to heavier guys, but if there's chemistry, I wouldn't mind it. There have been a couple of guys in the past that I have been drawn to, but go figure, they were already seeing other girls.

yes I would if they had a good personality. I would much rather date someone larger than a fine man with a snobby attitude..

Certainly. I'd date anyone who had a great sense of humor and a charming wit.

Sure, I don't judge beauty by the pound, but by the depth of the heart.
