How about studying?

Go to the DMV and pick up a book, they are free and it will have most of the information you need to know for the test, it won't give you the questions, so you will still need to read the book. Or you can ask Debbie Dootson, at Dootson's driving school.

Go to www.dmv.ca.gov, there will be alot of information concering commercial drivers, requirements and exam information. You can also obtain additonal information on Ca highway patrols site, www.chp.ca.gov, and the dept of transportation, www.dot.ca.gov

Maybe from other drivers who saved theirs. Are you going for all the endorsements? I was lucky when they changed the rules. I was able to grandfather in with everything because the company I drove for at the time had at least one of everything, and we all used them on a daily basis. Good luck to you, plan on spending a few hours testing.
