If among those 3 you have named, I pick Uriah Heep as my fave but the most influential among them is The Kinks of course. Best british band ever..cant pick one band...Lets put it as these bands are the Gods of Rock ala like the mythological Greek Gods..Led Zep, Sabbath, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Queen, Uriah Heep, Pink Floyd..then there are those who are not Gods but still live in the heavens, like Nazareth, Iron Maiden, Rainbow,

Kind of hard to pick a best UK band. But out of all listed so far, I'm going to have to go with Pink Floyd. Here's hoping for Gilmour and Waters to make peace for a reunion and maybe even an album.

The Beatles. They were the first, and sort of blew everyone else away. If not for their arrival in the USA, North America would have missed out on some really exciting music that came with that first British Invasion.
