I wanna know, is the Universal Studios shoot movies in all states? How?

Not necessarily; usually only shoot where it is to the economic advantage or because the script requires a specific locale type. Much is shot on site on-site at constructed sites on their lot that mimic surroundings from other locales.

They can film in other states...but it's easier for them to just build a set.
