I was raised to have manners...... with the yes mams, no mams, may I be excused, etc....... my sons even asked to be excused from the table at school...... I thought the teachers would have a nervous break down, but they soon got used to it......... another one i was raised with was, you do NOT judge a person by the color or shade of their skin or other such nonsense........ my father NEVER raised his voice around us kids, NEVER did I hear my parents argue, and I absolutly positively NEVER heard a cuss word out of my fathers mouth, MEN just dont curse infront of women, AT ALL and NEVER !!!!!!!!!!!!! be honest, tell the truth, and never cheat.......... the basic stuff, but stuff this ole world REALY needs to get back into when raising kids....... God bless

Respect the person as an individual no matter how poor or rich he is.
Never give up and speak your mind.
Loyalty and family comes first.
Respect your elders and don't hurt them.
Be honest.
There are a lot more, but these are some of the most important values.
