Look around for consignment stores that buy and sell maternity clothes. They'll be cheaper and it will give you a place to re-sell/trade the clothes when you're done with them.
My favorite was to find a nice comfy pair of ultra low-rise pants and just wear those (non-maternity). Since they didn't go over the belly I never grew out of them and in fact, I had them on earlier today (and I'm not pg anymore!)
Oh, and maybe check local newspapers in your area. People are always selling baby stuff cheap, you may be able to buy someone's whole maternity wardrobe for a steal.

At this point, your going to find your stomach dropping and your body changing so much, that spending alot of money on maternity clothes will be pretty much a waste - I recommend looking at thrift stores or vintage shops.
At about 32 weeks, my son dropped, and got into final position - and after that, not an article of maternity clothing that I owned fit. I spent the last six weeks of my pregnancy in mens XXL t-shirts, and yoga pants!

The motherhood maternity store is a great place for second trimester pregnancies, but if you are huge like I was, don't shop there. Jcpenny and target has a nice selection of maternity clothes. It's tough to shop when your pregnant....by my 8th month, I was wearing my husbands tank tops

Go to some local stores and try them on to figure out what styles and size you need, then head to eBay and find the same things at a much lower price. Good stores to try: Old Navy, Motherhood Maternity, JC Penney (Duo brand). You can even try Wal-Mart since you won't be needing them to last that long.

I love motherhood.com! You might want to check your local department store to see if they carry that brand. The clothes are super cute and cost efficient. Target has some okay stuff, but motherhood has the best, IMO. Plus, a majority of their pants can be worn after the baby is born!

Motherhood has really cute trendy stuff and it isn't really expensive. Otherwise, I got some stuff at Target too.
