.....Of course this is the classic question of all time but I honestly feel it isn't appropriate to ask somebody else this question. There is no true, best answer out there for all of us to find meaning and live our lives by.

If forced to answer, I would say something like, "To decide what you want your life to mean, work on becoming a stronger, better person all your life, and exercise character to meet the challenges along the way."

The honest truth...you have to find your own answers. It's your life. Nobody is in charge of your life but you. You decide what it will mean - what your life's purpose will be.

Purpose of life is RIGHTFULNESS....because it is true...

Purpose is to await the real life coming thereafter when this life we CURRENTLY live in is OVER WITH,,,

Bear in mind that while Living, plenty of things need to be done...like for instance to build & construct this planet the way it was distined for it to become.....

...etc...etc...etc.. endlessly.....

The Question is:

Do u believe it ...............?

I mean another Life....completely different than this one...will be coming next....

When....? NO ONE KNOWS...
How......? NO ONE COULD COMPREHEND...
Why......? IS THE BIG QUESTION

But there are Signs before that Other Life....

Small & Big Signs...!!

The small ones (TOO MANY) had been revealed and witnessed by many since long time ago, and it is further said that those small signs were all revealed....

But the BIG SIGNS....!!!

Well, the very first one will be anticipated in the coming 16 years or so..., bearing in mind :

WHEN THE SUN RISES FROM THE WEST,

It is to be Counted as one of those Big Ones yet to come...

There will be TEN of THEM...

Major Earthquackes in the East & the West will also be present ....Two Major ones...to be counted as another Big Sign.....

Eight other ones that I wish not to mention now so as not to be accused of being a freak...

But still....Once those 10 Signs are over with, no one knows WHEN WILL THE OTHER LIFE ACTUALLY START...

This is the purpose of life, and it may sound weird, but bear what I said above in mind, and lets see what happens next.

**************

I have just noticed your own other comment saying it is a TEST OF SOME SORT....

Well, that's exactly what it is all about....

I really wished not to bring that issue through my answer, and got satisfied with the things I noted so as to bring your & others' attention to what may have never been heared by you all....

Thanx.

There is no purpose from our point of view, but nature has a purpose, I'm sure It does! It does seem though, as if everything our sun created, is destined to be annihilated by the very same sun that created it! If you could see far into outer space you would see suns being created, and suns dying and taking their planets with them, on a regular basis! So I can only surmise that the purpose of life, is within our souls, the determination not to perish, is very strong among all life, it's an instinct we carry with us, from where? no one knows, God! maybe? Have a good day.

To find a purpose to live...seeing the beauty in others and giving love and happiness is a desire so...

Passion - my first thought. To find what drives you. .. what is your passion. To expand your mind through learning and growing, changing and adapting.

In so doing you prepare the way for a 'better' life for the next generation.

The bottom line in human nature...We all want to be loved- That's a pretty good purpose.

William Wordsworth
The little unremembered acts of kindness and love are the best parts of a person's life.

Every one you meet in life has something to teach you.And you do as will .I think the purpose of life is like a school and the things we learn of the good or bad is to be past down to make you a better and stronger individual. So you can go on to the next level

There is no purpose.
Nobody can't answer this question for you.
I just can share part of my experience, "the purpose of life is something that only you can see and if it doesn't transform continually you may be missing something important"
Good luck in your search, let us know if you find out what the purpose of life is.

I believe the purpose of everyones life is different. We all have our own hopes, dreams, aspirations, and inspirations. I think the purpose of ones life is to fulfill what we believe to be whatever makes us happy and content. Different strokes for different folks, etc. I think the main purpose of our lives are to be the best that we can be. Your own personal purpose could be to to just be as you are. I think it is a personal choice that we all have to work out for ourselves. We sometimes lose sight of our purpose, but eventually, we all have experiences that makes us mindful of our purpose.

Buddhists think the ultimate is to end suffering.
there are some scientists that would say life is a by-product of the nature of the universe.yawn.
Joseph Campbell wrote that we are the only species ,that we know of , that actively contemplates its own existence.the recuring theme in all culture myth, is the finding , understanding, and acceptance of the self.
i'm a big fan of his.

"The purpose of life is a life of purpose" - Robert Byrne

Find your passion. Find what inspires you. Connect your passion and inspiration with serving others - that is your life's purpose. Pursue your purpose with all that you have. That is the key to a happy and successful life.

Best wishes.

I feel that the purpose of life is to learn. The simple pleasure of learning something new is a type of life fullment. Rhe process of learning leads to understanding and sometimes confusion, but that is also good. To learn is to grow.
