Constantly. It's worse when I actually start to speak and lose the thought in mid-sentence. I Hate when that happens!

I always forget what I am about to ask. I have thought up good questions to ask, but when the time comes, I can never remember the question later on.

Not always, but occasionally I will forget what I was about to say. It is very aggravating when this happens to me.

yes. a lot of times i go to answer a question on here, and then blank out. I know I had a brilliant answer, but it left and locked the door behind it.
