How do you know when someone else is psychic or have a gift.?

This is a contiuation of my last question.

Cause I had this really cool vision of a another friend who was psychic.

I just really want my premonitions to be powerful and clear instead of photo-like and vague.

There are many intuitive ways to know that someone else has psychic gifts. One or more of your inner senses will let you know; if you are --clairvoyant (you will see it in his/her aura, for example, clairauduent people can hear the gifts in someones voice, others can smell (clairalience), taste (clairgustance) or otherwise sense (claircognizance) these gifts--and the clairsentient people just know and trust their anomalous cognition.

To clear your perception--I would suggest
1. practice, practice, practice. . .
2.purification
3. do not show-off your gifts, ever
4. accept the fact that no human being is 100% accurate or mistake-proof.
5. be thank-full for your gift and seek help to learn to use it wisely.

Accept that this talent might be a side effect of something that hasn't matured yet.
Personaly I have trained myself to manipulate my own aura to some interesting results
Extending my aura outward -At first it only helped me move around in the dark,but I found I could 'tap' others on the shoulders from a distance(like thinking about someone and they call or come over) and 'mesh' my aura to someone else to 'share' an experience if they were a talent then we can 'whisper' to one another or dreamscape(mental discepline that allows us to ocupy an 'Idea room' at the same time) giving the illusion of telepathy
Withdrawing the field allowed me to 'hide' from other talents
and 'Disapear' in plain sight giving the illusion that I had vanished(operative word is illusion) and I could CHOOSE to not be in a photo

When you can sense anothers aura and alter your own field to match it can give you insights that rival any mental Paranormal discepline.there are dangers as well,but won't discuss in a public format

Your premonitions will be as clear as your mind will allow,experiment but stay unattached to the outcomes or else your disapiontment can 'overwrite the program' and diminish any talents yet to flourish...

To know whether someone is psychic you would need to percieve such ability within them. You could do this through opening your third eye chakra and percieving their third eye chakra, which should be fairly highly developed in a psychic. As far as improving the quality of your visions, meditate and practice. Sorry if this doesn't help much, but it's all I can offer.

We are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

my mom and i r physic and were not on meds
