YES, I DO. I have no shame, either. No shame.
If I'm sharing my dip with someone, then I know them well and I like them and -- who cares?!

The only way to suitably double dip is by holding whatever you want to dip in the middle: eg. carrot stick.
Dip one end; bite leaving about 60% remaining with finger and thumb now up one end.
Dip other end; eat rest of carrot.
This way you can enjoy the benefits of double dipping, without putting your saliva in the sharing bowl.

If only I am using the dip then yes. If others are using it then I am afraid to use it because someone might have double dipped!!

ewwwww! no! I remember I was at a party one time, and this slob of a person just kept double dipping, over and over again. I wanted to walk up to him, and yell at him to stop!! It was disgusting! Now, I dont eat anywhere where there is dip set out. You never know what has been done to it!
