It seems that latley I constantly shift my eyes around people. I seem to shift quickly to their private parts sometimes too. I never had this before but I feel an urge to do it almost self sabotageing. Its not sexual I just feel it under out of control. Could this be some kind of condition?

You may just be uncomfortable with looking directly into someone's eyes. You may have a slight fear of intimacy and/or a lack of confidence when talking to certain individuals.

It doesn't sound like a major problem. I suggest that you can consciously stare at a person's forehead rather than the eyes.

Most people won't notice that your attention is not focused on their eyes so they won't feel offended in any manner.

And, you will have a focus point that you can go to when you feel anxious or compelled to look astray.
