All I know is that at the end of this movie a man throws a rock at a man's head after cutting the man's scalp with a knife.

Well, the very first scene of the movie is a man running in the woods. He has been released by a group of men who have given him 3 minutes to run, which is the only way to survive, If they catch him, they kill him. And yes, they did catch him. But tha's just the intro.

The only thing I can think of is "Hard Target" it has Jean Claude Van Dam and Lance Henrickson in it. Basically it is about these guys who offer wealthy people the opporunity to hunt other people for sport. They "hire" homeless veterans to be hunted by these guys. I know the beginning starts with some guy being hunted by another group of men....not sure if it is in the woods though....or if anyone gets hit in the head with a rock. I hope that is a least a little helpful.

Sounds like surviving the game with Ice T. I never saw the end but that is what the movie is about.
