That's a stereotype, and apparently, being labeled in a positive way is still offensive. Naughty, naughty. And, let's face it, the little VT troll broke that stereotype pretty well.

Because Asian families put a premium on education. Many Asian families are willing to sacrifice the other luxuries in life--cars, fancy clothes, jewelry--to ensure that their children will have good, quality education.

I'm just kidding. But even thought that's not really true, it does seem like a lot of asians are very smart. I think it's because they are very determined to do well and their parents are willing to actually beat their @sses if they don't.
