Impossible to know. Ernie Lombardi, a catcher from the 30's and 40's, is a good candidate. His lack of speed was legendary.

see slowing down of computer has many reasons behind it few of them are limited amt of RAM Not running defragmentation for long time although Windows Media player has a buffering feature which makes it a bit of memory hungry bt that is ignorable considering the feature it provides. you can try winamp its light on memory and there are numerous add ons are available for it to make sound better. apart from Media player you can also improve you system's performance to a great extent by defragmenting your hard disk may be once in 2 months.and running checkdisk (open my computer click on the drive --> properties --> Tools --> error checking --> select both the check boxes and click ok)

Greg Luzinski and Willie Stargell never won any races. My favorite blooper was of Stargell trying to steal second, and being out by 20 feet, but the funny thing was he tried to call time out before he was tagged.

Ernie Lambardie. He was so slow that he once hit a ball of the left field wall and was still thrown out at first!

I'm going to have to say Sid Bream...remember him chuggin' around third in the playoff series in the 90's you can't get any slower than that...It is a classic play, luckily he was safe.
