ok...i've been doing air alert 3..or the newest version...anyway...i'm currently on week 6. but i'm not getting any gains.....ok..maybe like 1 inch..but that's like nothing...i saw some ppl saying that they gained like 3-5 in just a few weeks.......is it possible?? and some said that air alert hurts and injures you more than any other programs...and lately...because the program gets harder and harder, the calf raises becomes really hard for me,i can barely finish it. and i feel some feet pain.....it kinda bothers me. i don't know if i can continue or not...............can someone tell me the truth?????? i really wanna dunk!it's like my dream!

maybe 13%body fat....
