i live in the country and pretty much growin up i was around racist people and rednecks and all and i mean im dont think i am i mean i have cousins and friends of different orgins but when it comes to datin em i think thats just so gross...am i racist?

Racist means: a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
Do you believe you are superior to others because of racial differences? If so then yes you are racist. That does not necessarily mean it is your fault, since how one is raised determines their beliefs and ideals

Carlos Mencia said it best when he said everyone has alittle bit of racism in them some just have more than others. Its very true because you often see people make stereotypical comments. whats gross for you is acceptable to others. Now if thats the only problem you have it may not be as bad as others. but it still isnt perfect.
People grow up in diffrent ways depending on places they were raised. If you grew up in an area were dating people from diffrent origins is weird then it isnt uncommon for you to feel the same way. It does not make it right. But what people are not used to they usually shy away from. its nature.
So the answer to your question is We are all Racist, some more so then others. im not saying you are im just giving you my point of view.

Yes, sounds racist. But its just your private preference... nothing wrong with that.
If you havent noticed btw...the world isnt exactly running out of human beings any time soon. Your life is not so much a trajedy for the rest of us but those few closest to you who invest in you whatever for whatever purpose. So just enjoy your life and be cool with the people you meet.
It takes all kinds of people to make the world go round. Different strokes for different folks. Genetic diversity is a powerful thing, but not for everyone and subject to preference. Nice you even wonder if its wrong, but its right in a very private fashion to have an opinion at all.
Let it evolve and grow and open your eyes at your own rate. And see and decide and know, without hesitation, yourself.

By what you just said, that is gross to go out with different races, you are a racist. I grew up in a town of 3500 people, and the whole town was racist, but I broadened my horizons, and left that place,a long time ago, and I look at people for what they are, not what they look like. I live in Hawaii, and my wife is Japanese, and my neighbor is Taiwanese, and my friends are Hawaiian, Micronesian, Black, Mexican, White, Chinese, German, on and on, so do me a favor, think for yourself, and look up the word conditioning, as that is what is happening to you.

Yes you are racists because you think its gross to date people out of your race not because of what you seen that person do or how that person act. But you think it is gross to date a person out of your race because of the color of there skin. when you learn to look past the outer part you will see that in the inside, thats all that matters.

If you keep thinking your a racist, eventually, you will start to use crude humor towards black people, latins, indians etc. I recomend you not to use crude humor or mean jokes, if you are racist, think before you say something mean, because you never know whomay be hearing what you say, I'm latin and I frequently hear mean jokes about hispanics and makes me really sad just to hear someone be so mean.

It just means you prefer your own kind. You can give them a job. You can let them use the same bathroom. They can even sit at the same table with you. No one says you have to marry them. No you are not a racist. You just have a discriminating preference.

If you think about somebody and the first thing that pops in your head is what color they are, then you're probably racist. However, if you think it's gross to date other people, ask yourself why you think that way. You're probably just going with whatever everyone else in your town's saying.

when you are a racist you have the tendency to hate swear,and dislike the colour of the skin,the religion the race,the history the every little thing,of the specific people!!!!
that's what racism is.
