Just go to any eye-wear store or optometrist; they would have the fasteners to put them back together again.

Go to the Dollar store and buy a $1 pair a use the screw in yours. Also, Wal-Wort and other places sell a little Eye Glass repair kit. It have various screws and a Screwdriver.

Go to EyeMasters or any place that makes glasses - ask them for help. They will usually do it for free if they are not too busy. Also you can go to a drugstore and buy an eye glass repair kit (usually cheap) and you can fix it yourself.

Go buy a cheap set that have screws and take them out and use them.
